NOW is my first broadband provider and I consider it is a good value for money. Speed is very good when gaming online or streaming Netflix. It is also very reliable. I have not had any interruption of the service.

The monthly subscription is slightly cheaper than others. The installation process was done very smoothly. The wifi connection intermittently loses especially in the evening time.

The switch to NOW from EE was seamless and all on schedule. A big bonus has been no drop in speed or reliability and only a 12 month contract so no enforced cost increases to endure. Would have been nice to have better discounts on the NOW TV packages but still a great price.

NOW Broadband was much cheaper than previous supplier was quoting to renew and only had a 12 month contract, lower than most other suppliers. Broadband speed is the same as with previous supplier. I have occasional drop outs in connection but no major problems. It was a hassle free switch.

NOW Broadband could not provide the advertised service. I had no broadband for 4 weeks. Awful service, not fit for purpose.

It took a long time to install the internet after signing up and, with no physical visit necessary to do so I'm not sure why it took so long. Once the appropriate date had arrived it took several days longer to actually receive functioning WiFi because of issues with setting up and incorrect/incomplete advice given when customer services were called. Eventually it was fixed, but some compensation was given as an apology. The first customer rep I spoke to was not ideal but the second one was very helpful. NOW offers a low monthly rate and I haven't had a problem with it on my android phone or computer, though my partner's iPhone occasionally has issues with connectivity. For the price, the speed is good enough for me and I feel I'm getting what I paid for.

I choose NOW because it was the best value for money in my case. There has been a slight improvement in the broadband speed. The switching went well with no hitches unlike my previous provider experience.

I had to have an engineer visit to install the line. The Wi-Fi does still disconnect sometimes when moving between areas. But overall I'm happy.

Router is basic - definitely needs an upgrade. Can't connect cctv and other products because its basic. Could do with a wifi boost. Connection seems more stable and faster. So no complaints on speed and connection just router needs to be more advanced.

Engineer visit went smoothly. No problems and very efficient and quick. Have experienced no problems whatsoever with my Now broadband so far. Speed fits my needs, I do not need gaming etc. Price is fantastic, as it the 12 month terms.

I switched to NOW Broadband and can't complain at all for what I pay. The monthly amount is suitable and affordable in comparison with my previous provider, and the length is 12 months, so better for me than a 24 month contract. The speed is great and useful for what I need. So far so good, no problems. Would highly recommend!

My new broadband provider is a lot more value for money considering the package. However the issue was the set up because my old provider was still charging me! But overall the service is great.

Now TV Broadband is the same speed / connection as my previous supply but at a cheaper price. The broadband is good enough for the the amount paid, rarely it lags due to bad weather. The switching process was actually very easy and quick... No home visits, just a router which is sent, following to connection by Openreach, no problem at all! Customer service is brilliant, although not had any problems. I am happy I switched, for the price it is good value for money, improvement would be to fix the lagging which is reasonably rare anyhow.

NOW broadband is good value for money. The connection is very reliable and I'm happy with everything so far. The switching process was a bit long, but nothing that was a problem. Overall I am glad I changed providers. It's much better than my last providers as it doesn't cut out or drop out when bad weather occurs so far. The customer service is very good, I have had no problems so far and I hope it stays that way.

I'm very happy since switching to NOW Broadband. The switch over was very quick and straightforward, no need for visits. Even better I'm paying a monthly cost that I can afford every month, without my bill increasing without my knowledge. Very happy costumer.

Good value for money ,it is on the expensive side but that was the choice I made as I wanted higher Mb/s. At the start it did cut out intermittently but phoned by up and they sorted it straight away.

My deal is a good deal for money, though with my last provider the package was combined with a TV package so its hard to compare. As for the actual broadband speed I feel like its fast when I'm home alone, multiple people however slows down the internet speed. I find the further away I am from the living room where the internet box is, the weaker the connection is also.

I moved and had to quickly find a new broadband provider. I was looking for best value and good broadband speed. I received the wifi box within a few days of signing up, and setting it up was as simple as plugging it into the socket. It was very easy, very efficient service. My wifi now is great, no problems with it, would recommend.

The broadband is very good value for money and possibly the best on the market at the time. No problems with installation and a friendly team to talk to if needed. Only minor issues I have is a few times the speeds have dropped but nothing a router reset won't fix. Overall very happy with my deal.

Now broadband is good value for me. The switching process was good, but there was an issue with setting up at the beginning so an engineer had to come out. But their customer service was excellent so it got resolved quickly.

I needed broadband for cctv cameras after my father in law passed away, Whilst the house was empty. With the old provider it was part of tv/ phone/ broadband package just for BB it was very expensive. Hence the change. The new BB works but is not the fastest but it is the lowest package (to save money) so its suitable for us in the current situation. There was no problems setting it up, very straight forward. Overall im satisfied but when we finaly move in, we will have to upgrade the speed.

Easy installation just plug in and wait for your start date. Started midnight the day they said it would. Very reasonable price for the fast quality wifi connection. Not one thing to moan about, would fully recommend friends or family.

Marked a 6 overall due to weak signal and sometimes complete loss of signal. Would have expected to have NOW TV service included in monthly broadband fee also.

We were really pleased with how well they switched us. Only problem is it is just sometimes a bit slow in a couple of rooms so will need a wi-fi booster.

We are very happy to have made the switch to NOW, the internet so far has been reliable and we haven’t had any issues with losing the connection. We feel it is good value for money and would recommend it to others. The engineer was efficient and notified us as to when he would be arriving. All in all a good service.

I am happy to have switched because I was paying almost double and my old broadband provider did not want to make a better offer in terms of price. I was happy to find this deal and save quite a lot on it. Connection is good and so far I have no problems with NOW broadband.

When I was looking for a new internet provider I knew I wanted faster Internet speed, and a more reliable connection than my old provider. I got all that and more. It was so easy to switch to NOW, and fast - the router came a few days before the internet went live, so on the day all I had to do was plug it in and connect all my devices. It couldn't have been easier. I would recommend NOW to all my family and friends.

The switch over went very well from start to finish. The router came as per the date agreed and there were no delays. The service so far has been great with promised BB speeds. I would not change anything and very happy with the whole process.
