The switch was super easy, and so far the service has been great. I have had no issue at all and I definitely think it’s good value for money. Overall very happy with my choice and I definitely would recommend!

The switch went without a hitch. But the internet speed has been approximately 3 mbps. Sometimes it goes up to nearly 5. We have had an engineer out to check the home set up and signal coming into the house. Basically, no change.

After more than 10 weeks I am still waiting for a new line installation, so I can't really rate them for speed or reliability. But I am not satisfied with the delay and would not recommend NOW to anyone.

I switched providers as my previous contract ended and they wanted to charge more. I decided to change to NOW because it was a lot cheaper, but the switch has been a nightmare. First the router was not delivered to me but to a shop to which then I had to collect. Then it didn't work and had to have an engineer sent out which took a further week. Then the engineer couldn't help, and after much emailing back and forth I asked to cancel the contract when I still didn't have internet after a month. Then they tried to charge me for two months! I wouldn't recommend NOW to anyone.

I chose NOW for the value of the package which made it very affordable. The customer service is good and I like having optional extras for things like TV. I have already recommended my sister who has also switched to NOW TV broadband.

The speed is good but could be better. Good value for money - I save £5 every month and I am able to communicate with NOW unlike my previous provider where communication was just one way; from them, with never an avenue to reach them when I needed to do.

It was a fairly smooth process however I would have liked a quicker install date but understandably it wasn't the case. I will be recommending to friends and family

Very smooth switch, had to unfortunately pick the box up from the post office as opposed to it being in a letterbox sized parcel. Speed is 8/10, not quite as good as BT. Value for money however is excellent. I am happy I switched.

Switch was satisfactory, but the wifi router is poor quality and will not, eg, support TV viewing in the next room without persistent buffering. Had to install repeaters throughout the house after trying all tech alternatives like channel changing. Router is incompatible with other providers, so better routers cannot be used instead of the TV Hub Two. Will switch from Now TV as soon as contract is up because of this

Super fast phone line working but slow issues with broadband going live obviously lock down has not helped at all. Brilliant speed for the monthly cost.

Very effective, quick and easy switch. A good deal fab fibre broadband deal. Responsive and helpful customer support. However, broadband speed is slower than it was promised before we switched. The engineer who visited, later on, explained that it is due to the location of our address and the initial promise was unreasonable.

Satisfaction and Value for Money

  • The customers we asked said they saved on average £6.91 per month by switching to NOW broadband.
  • Users gave NOW 7.7/10 for overall satisfaction, and rated them 8.1/10 on value for money.
  • When asked why they chose NOW broadband, 70% said that they offered the most cost effective deal at the time.
  • Other reasons customers cited were: broadband speed (17%), vouchers or reward offers (9%), availability (4%).

Switching and Initial Setup

  • On average, the customers we surveyed gave NOW a rating of 8.3/10 for handling their broadband switch.
  • Most customers reported that it took less than 2 weeks from placing an order with NOW until their new broadband was up and running.
  • 26% of new NOW users had to have a new phone line or cable installed.
  • To get set up, 43% required a home visit from an engineer, with 9% needing repeat visits.
  • 13% of customers surveyed told us they needed a router upgrade and 4% required additional wifi signal boosters.

Broadband Speed & Reliability

  • For broadband speed, customers rated NOW 6.8/10 on average.
  • Users gave them 7.4/10 for the reliability of their broadband connection.
  • 17% of people experienced issues with intermittent downtime, with 9% saying their broadband was down persistently.
  • 17% of respondents told us they had a slow connection at least some of the time.
  • 17% said they had a poor wifi signal in some parts of their home.
