Is Hyperoptic broadband any good?
We have reviews and ratings from 4 verified customers of Hyperoptic broadband.
We surveyed new customers 60 to 120 days after switching to Hyperoptic - here's what they told us:
-
Fantastic switch. Only took an hour to install the new line and it's worked perfectly since. I'm saving money and getting a much better connection.
-
Install was only to the nearest plug socket near the front door. Wireless signal cuts out intermittently. Ended up buying a cable to stop problem.
-
We decided to switch provider as our old provider was charging us a lot more after the initial contract. The switch was quick and easy. We needed an engineer to come and install the Hyperoptic socket in our apartment, the whole process was very efficient (under an hour). We have been using Hyperoptic for 5 months now, haven't had any major issues except for a time when there was a temporary loss of connection in our building. Overall I'm satisfied with my choice.
On average, people switching to Hyperoptic saved around £30.64 per month, and rated their Hyperoptic broadband 8/10.
New customers told us that they waited around less than 2 weeks between ordering and getting set up with Hyperoptic.
