Switch over was good, but the broadband speed is no better than my previous provider. The wifi signal isnt great either.

Switch went ahead without issues on the day I had been told it would. No problems with the service so far. Personally, I would like faster broadband but it's not available yet in my area. So the service from Shell is as expected. The monthly price is slightly more than I used to pay, but I now have a phone plan option if I choose to use it. So far I am very satisfied with my choice.

Switch was fine, up and running quickly despite needing an engineer visit. The speed is fine and I have found the connection reliable. Much cheaper than my previous provider.

The switch went extremely well as they kept me updated at every point needed. The service is excellent they take the bill on time let me know when bill is ready and the speed is excellent. I have experienced worse providers were the cost was more and signal poor with Shell the cost is reasonable and the speed is excellent. I am extremely happy with Shell and would highly recommend to friends and family.

The switch was pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I can't fault Shell Energy so far and I'm happy with my choice. I'm saving money too and the customer service is very good, very polite and professional.
