Everything you need to know about XLN

XLN are a business broadband and phone supplier with head offices in south-west London. They’ve been going since 2002 and have served over 250,000 customers in that time, mainly SMEs and small businesses.

XLN have great customer service ratings on Trustpilot and promise that they’ll always answer any call within three rings, so you’ll never be left hanging around on hold for a simple query.

XLN keep it simple and offer two main types of deals: Basix and Max, and they work with 24 month contracts across the board.

You can add all manner of landline and mobile phone calls to your package with XLN.

XLN’s free set up costs and ability to add multiple email addresses will suit startups and young companies, just be aware that XLN do charge £9.99 postage to send you your router.

What can you get with XLN

ADSL broadband

XLN offers standard ADSL broadband with maximum speeds of 17Mbps. Their £9.95 a month offering is pretty much the cheapest broadband deal for either home or business on the entire UK market.

Calls

XLN have two main calls packages: Basix, which costs £16.95 a month, and the unlimited Max, which comes in at £24.95 a month.

Mobiles

XLN have two packages for anyone wanting to add business SIM Only deals to their broadband: Talk 500 or Talk 700. Each unit is equivalent to one minute of calls or one text and deals start from £9.99 on 12 months contracts. Data doesn’t come as standard with XLN’s SIM Only deals but you can add data bolt-ons if you need them.

Fibre broadband

XLN have two types of fibre broadband for sale: up to 38Mbps and up to 76Mbps.

Business broadband

XLN are a business-only broadband provider so this is their entire raison d’etre.

TV

There aren’t any TV packages on offer from XLN given their business broadband focus.
