Loved the fact I didn’t need an engineer to visit. I’m happy with the speed although I do have a black spot in my flat. I’m also really glad I switched to as I like the app that goes with my broadband

I moved into new house and got set up within 2 weeks. They sent me my router then someone came out and installed it and that was it haven’t had a problem since and got a great connection would recommend to anyone.

Delays at switchover due to the courier not delivering the router hence there was a delay for which I was compensated. Speed and reliability are good so far. Speed is a tenfold increase on previous supplier due to moving from a copper to fibre supply. I would not pay for landline in future as do not use enough to warrant the cost.

My new deal is a good value for money. There was no issue with the switch. The Router looks nice. I’m very happy with my new deal.

My new deal went straightforward and is half cost of old deal. Service is reliable for what I require in broadband and I am very happy that I have dumped my old provider. I think the whole change went very smoothly!

Very fast internet connection brilliant customer service we was very well informed on everything. Internet is great never had a problem with loss of connection! Overall I’m very satisfied with switching to Vodafone broadband!

I am very pleased with Vodafone, they sorted out everything keeping me informed each step of the way during switchover and the new wifi box just set itself up once it went live. Over the next 3 days, the speeds settled to exactly what was promised 37mbps which is a massive jump from my previous 7-12. The connection does go sometimes but this is because it is still being sent through a BT cable and has always had this issue which as an ex cable installer myself I fully get why this cannot be fixed by another provider but it is much faster and more stable than before. Vodafone is also the cheapest deal in my area for the speed provided and the offer to upgrade to faster if required is also a bonus. Overall I am very pleased I made the switch and saved a lot of cash as my old provider doubled my monthly payment still providing me with a very poor service.

The switch itself went very well, dealing with Vodafone customer service was easy. The service so far is very good, and I feel that the new deal is value for money. Only issue was not with Vodafone but with Openreach who did not connect the line correctly, but Vodafone's response was quick and the issue was resolved quickly too.

After moving into our new home it was time to think about switching to a faster broadband for a fair deal. We chose Vodafone. The switch was easy and went fine. The router was easy to plug in and get started and the service has been great so far. Everybody wants a fair deal and Vodafone have given that. We are happy with our choice.

Switch from BT to Vodafone was successful. Only issues was a loop on the local line which was quickly resolved by Openreach. Very happy.

Got up and running almost instantly after engineer finished. The deal I got was the best price I have seen for any broadband. I'm extremely happy that my switch went off without any problems.

Everything was sent through the post within a few days - I just had to plug it all in and wait for it to go live! It’s fast too. Excellent value!

I took this deal out because they advertised a speed of at least 25Mbps. Was fine at first, but after 4 weeks after my first payment the broadband became very weak and kept on disconnecting. I have contacted Vodafone and they said they would look into it, however I haven't heard anything more after two weeks. Not impressed with the bad customer service.

Switch didn’t go too well - had to take 2 days off work. They told me a engineer was coming on one of the days but no one turned up. However, very happy with speed and the price I pay and happy with switch after all completed.

The switching process was extremely quick and easy. Although my router didn't work correctly out of the box, I was sent a new one in less than 5 days. The broadband now is quick and reliable.

Go live day 8th June. I contacted them because No internet. They said will be ok in 24hrs. 3 days later An open reach guy reported line is good. I had to Chase EVERY single day that I had NO internet Still. This continued for 18 days during Covid. We could not order our Food nor Meds and not see the kids. They did not even call to say they had 'switched on the internet' They were always insistent the internet will be ok in the next 24 hrs. I asked for a manager and was told he will call you in the next 24 hrs. He did'nt.

I changed provider because the 18 month deal with BT had ended and the price was due to rise by £8. The change to Vodafone has saved me£7. There has been no change to the sevice so I am happy to be saving some money.

I wasn’t told about a connection charge and so was billed for two months instead of 1, and when I queried this, they said they'd let me pay next month instead but the money still came out of my account and left me short during covid - this was a problem! Speed and reliability are good, and overall good value though.

It didn't connect straight away but they were great with trouble shooting to get it up and running I think it's great for using now tv but my son is in the back room and complaining of high ping on his xbox. Not sure what that is though

  • The customers we asked said they saved on average £5.81 per month by switching to Vodafone broadband.
  • Users gave Vodafone 8.2/10 for overall satisfaction, and rated them 8.5/10 on value for money.
  • When asked why they chose Vodafone broadband, 62% said that they offered the most cost effective deal at the time.
  • Other reasons customers cited were: broadband speed (28%), the provider's reputation (10%).

Switching and Initial Setup

  • On average, the customers we surveyed gave Vodafone a rating of 8.7/10 for handling their broadband switch.
  • Most customers reported that it took less than 2 weeks from placing an order with Vodafone until their new broadband was up and running.
  • 13% of new Vodafone users had to have a new phone line or cable installed.
  • To get set up, 31% required a home visit from an engineer, with 8% needing repeat visits.
  • 13% of customers surveyed told us they needed a router upgrade and 3% required additional wifi signal boosters.

Broadband Speed & Reliability

  • For broadband speed, customers rated Vodafone 7.7/10 on average.
  • Users gave them 8.1/10 for the reliability of their broadband connection.
  • 5% of people experienced issues with intermittent downtime, with 5% saying their broadband was down persistently.
  • 10% of respondents told us they had a slow connection at least some of the time.
  • 5% said they had a poor wifi signal in some parts of their home.
