My switch to Vodafone Fibre went very smoothly. A nice young man worked very professionally, very friendly and left no mess. He explained everything to me and all is working fine. Very happy with the service I received.

For the money it was the best deal I could find. Speed is more than fast enough for my needs. The switching process was so easy and quick. The customer service is good, even if you are speaking to someone in Bangladesh. I did have an issue with the amount I was being charge. This was resolved with a phone call. Overall I am very happy with the switch.

My last provider I had TV with sport, but my husband died and freeview television was enough for me. Broadband on it’s own from Virgin was much more expensive. Up to now I have been very satisfied with the changeover to Vodafone.

Switch quick and easy. Shortly after switch “voice over internet“ stopped and the house phone did not work. Calls to helpline answered quickly, supportive staff and problem solved with remote reset by vodaphone. Took about 20 minutes. Very pleased with support.

The new deal and provider with Vodafone is fibre and always get my contract Mbps speed with them, previously with Plusnet I was getting around 8mbps which wasn't good for streaming services. So I'm really happy with the switch and was very quick installation when the engineer came out .

The deal was great value for money, we managed to get the same speed for a lot less money. The switch was easy, swapped the routers over on the changeover date, set our devices up and away we went. Not had any issues to date, speed and reliability seems to be as good as our previous provider. Easy peasy!

It's good value for money. It was very easy to install and the service was up and running within minutes of receiving the system. It also has the convenience of being mobile and can take to any location.

Very good value and anytime phone calls very useful. Good broadband speed, better than before and very easy to switch. Had one problem when phone dropped out but soon sorted. Very pleased with switch overall.

Vodafone was poor in getting my internet and IP phone working, which left a bad initial impression. I had to call 3-4 times which was very annoying, especially as it was a simple job at their end to get everything going. The service since has been reliable with reasonable speed.

I have now 2 lines entering my house and I don’t think that was necessary to fit another line. The service was ok and everything done when said. I don’t think the broad band is as good when I used sky.

The switch to Vodafone was very easy. They explained the switch to fibre. The broadband and wi fi are very good. The speed is good. Customer service was good when I wanted to add to the service.

When the engineers arrived they were courteous and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Since having the internet connected the service has been pretty good. A few minor issues but still much better than our previous supplier.

Go live date not met as there was an installation issue, and no landlines for several days as they didn't provide the adaptor. Still trying to claim the compensation credit promised after several phone calls over three months.

New provider is cheapest but there is intermittent loss of connectivity. The Engineer came as scheduled without any problem. But because we constantly use internet in our home and the interruptions sometimes can be disruptive to our important transactions.

The switching went swiftly and smoothly, with just the predicted delay to switch the phone number from the previous provider. I've not had any issues to report to customer service. I'm very happy that I've switched as we now have faster broadband over full fibre for less money than the previous fibre to cabinet arrangement, which had regular drop outs of the landline. My deal with Vodafone is excellent value compared with what I would have to pay to get the same package with my last provider.

Our only problem has been our landline which has stopped working at some point every month except January so far. The new digital phone is not brilliant as people cannot hear you if you move around. In fairness every time I have had to contact Vodafone about the landline they have sorted out the problem while I have been on the line to them.

The new connection with Vodafone was a cable connection. It was a little more expensive than my previous telephone line connection but to make that a cable one would have cost evermore. Overall I am happy with the switch.

I was looking for a deal for my mum that included unlimited landline and broadband, Vodafone came out with the best deal and so far we've had no issues. The switch was smooth and pain free

It is good value for the time being. Some websites do not connect - it is router settings problems. Never had problems with previous suppliers. Overall the speed is good, though we do lose speed now again, and connection problems.

From start to finish the process has been relatively “painless“. Vodafone have been efficient and reliable in dealing with the installation. The engineers were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable (and arrived when they said they would!). Only minor gripe is that the range of the signal doesn't cover the whole house. Overall I am happy with the deal I got.

The switch had some difficulty. Was working just one day and after that no internet connection. Had to wait again for engineer. But since he came and sorted this issue, it's working well. I'm satisfied for good speed and great price. No more issues. Thanks!

The switch to Vodafone, was seamless and took 17 days to complete. The engineer came on date and installed a new fibre optic cable, which enabled me to get speeds above what I was expecting. There has been no issues with the service provided, we are being notified in advance about billing. We are very happy that we changed provider, and the new deal gives us better value for the price we pay. There is nothing I would change at the moment.

Very easy to switch over. It has proved more reliable than Virgin Media which would drop the WiFi 2-4 times a month, it’s happened once since the install over 6 weeks ago. Plus it’s a cheaper than Virgin Media, and the loss of bandwidth hasn’t been felt, even though it is being used the same.

The move to Vodafone was incredibly easy, the website laid out all the the information that I was looking for and completing the transfer request was simple. Having chosen the day of the switchover I simply waited for the new router to arrive and then on the day specified my previous supplier turned off the broadband. I then plugged in the new router and waited 2 to 3 minutes for the connection to establish after which I scanned the bar code on the router with my phone and tablet to connect to the WiFi, with everything working great.

The switch went ok. Engineer had to come out twice. The signal wasn't great away from the router so we had to get a range extender.

The switch required a new line which did mean that engineers had to come to visit however they were really accommodating and asked us at every stage if we were happy with what they were doing. The broadband we now receive is excellent and I’m really happy with the service provided!

I asked for the box to be put in my living room as I dont use the spare room much. The man did not do this. I cannot use internet in my living room as it doesnt reach so have not been happy with the service.

The switch to the new service provider was very successful and matter-of-fact. The package with the new router arrived on time, well packed and the connection description was very clear and understandable. The price of the service is very good and I can save my money

Switching to Vodafone broadband was totally hassle free. The engineer arrived at the agreed time, installed a new landline, setup my router and showed me how to connect to my new router. Broadband speed is excellent and using the Vodafone app I can check who is connected to my router and also check billing info. 100% happy with the service I have received and only wished I had switched sooner.

Most important to me is that broadband works as it should. Being able to talk to a human if got problem, obviously within about 10 mins. Also no price increases during contract.

Satisfaction and Value for Money

  • The customers we asked said they saved on average £6.76 per month by switching to Vodafone broadband.
  • Users gave Vodafone 8.5/10 for overall satisfaction, and rated them 8.7/10 on value for money.
  • When asked why they chose Vodafone broadband, 68% said that they offered the most cost effective deal at the time.
  • Other reasons customers cited were: broadband speed (25%), the provider's reputation (5%), vouchers or reward offers (2%).

Switching and Initial Set-Up

  • On average, the customers we surveyed gave Vodafone a rating of 9/10 for handling their broadband switch.
  • Most customers reported that it took 2-4 weeks from placing an order with Vodafone until their new broadband was up and running.
  • 34% of new Vodafone users had to have a new phone line or cable installed.
  • To get set up, 42% required a home visit from an engineer, with 6% needing repeat visits.
  • 26% of customers surveyed told us they needed a router upgrade and 5% required additional wifi signal boosters.

Broadband Speed & Reliability

  • For broadband speed, customers rated Vodafone 8.1/10 on average.
  • Users gave them 8.4/10 for the reliability of their broadband connection.
  • 13% of people experienced issues with intermittent downtime, with 5% saying their broadband was down persistently.
  • 9% of respondents told us they had a slow connection at least some of the time.
  • 6% said they had a poor wifi signal in some parts of their home.
