Took much longer for installation than expected, including a cancelled appointment. The fitters were lovely and cleaned up after themselves, and were very apologetic that they couldn't get me up and running because of a fault in the the original fitting of the fibre optic so a further engineer was needed to correct the fault. There was then confusion over the telephone connection and an increased charge. Not the best experience but everything is now working with no further problems.

Install was only to the nearest plug socket near the front door. Wireless signal cuts out intermittently. Ended up buying a cable to stop problem.

We decided to switch provider as our old provider was charging us a lot more after the initial contract. The switch was quick and easy. We needed an engineer to come and install the Hyperoptic socket in our apartment, the whole process was very efficient (under an hour). We have been using Hyperoptic for 5 months now, haven't had any major issues except for a time when there was a temporary loss of connection in our building. Overall I'm satisfied with my choice.

Fantastic switch. Only took an hour to install the new line and it's worked perfectly since. I'm saving money and getting a much better connection.
