We waited for a number of weeks to switch, due to needing a new fibre installing and a lack of openreach engineers. Once in the new service is brilliant. Some issues setting up port forwarding which were resolved with a call to their friendly customer services and tech support. We pay for 200Mbps and usually get up to 220Mpbs. Very happy we switched.

The switch to Shell Energy was straight forward. The broadband is reliable and a good speed, though when there are multiple users at home I do notice the signal lessens. Overall good value for money and the customer service is efficient.

Switched to shell and I don't have a constant WiFi connection it's an intermittent signal. I haven't called to resolve as the wait times are stupid to get through to customer service, so have just left the issue. The switch was generally good and wasn't too much hassle and was dealt with efficiently.

The day that the money was taken was a bit messed up so but the extra was left on as credit. Fine over all though. It's been hassle-free really!

The broadband speed is slow. It’s not getting what I was told it would get. It’s ok sometimes when it works but when watching certain on catch up tv it freezes some of the time which isn’t ideal and can be annoying.

I chose this provider due to the low cost. It's been ok overall. Simple to install and set up once the new router arrived. Even my partner managed and he's a complete techno-phobe. The router took a while to be delivered. That was my only issue.

The switch from my existing broadband provider was very easy and with no problems. The service so far has been good and i am satisfied with the speed i receive . I think it is good value for the cost and am glad i switched . Can't think of anything that i would like to change at the moment.

The switch was easy and went well however there was a considerable delay between signing up and the switch happening. The internet drops out very regularly which I hoped would settle with time however it has not improved.

I am very happy with the switch from my last provider. It was very simple to do, and my box was sent out to me quickly with a manual containing instructions on how to get started. At first I thought I might have a few problems setting it up, however I rang Shell and talked through it and managed to fix the problem quickly and I was up and running. I’m happy with the change and it’s a good value for money.

There was a delay with the switch but after countless emails, phone calls and online chat the switch was finally completed. The delay was because Shell only had me down as wanting a phone line and not broadband.

I just find the wifi connection a bit slow and sometimes some of my devices disconnect from the wifi. Also signal isn’t great when you move from room to room. Overall though I am still going to see how things go in the time being

The switch to Shell Energy was seamless, they kept me updated every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the saving I have made by switching as the deal I received is excellent value for money compared to my previous provider.The only issue I have is the intermittent signal, very annoying when using a TV streaming service!

I am happy with the service, and have no issues with speed so far. I don’t use it all that much and live alone so am the only one using it. I like the cost and I like that they mostly leave me alone and don’t send a bunch of emails. It took ages to get it set up because it didn’t work at first and they acted a bit like I was stupid and couldn’t figure out how to plug stuff in or press a reset button - which was annoying. But it works now and as long as it continues to work I don’t have any issues.

There was a problem with installing the new line at first but was resolved on second attempt. Other than that the services so far are good. I do find the service is good value for money. Yes I am happy with my choice.

The switch was quick and easy. Since switching the speed is ok, but the signal does drop out sometimes. I don't think it's great value for money, but it's ok.

Regular emails were sent to notify me about every stage of the switch. Shell is definitely great value for money and we have had no issues with the service. Best decision we made in changing to them and wish we had heard of them sooner!

The switch was very smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. Set up was very easy for me to do. The only problem I have is that the connection intermittently drops off and isn’t great for home working. I can’t comment on their customer service, as I haven’t spoken to anyone there.
