I really appreciated how fast and easy set up was. The speed is great and effecient. I'm glad we switched to sky - great value for money. Customer service has been very helpful from switch over and any ongoing issues. They have helped greatly. Our speed and connection dips sometimes during the day but I haven't been able to pinpoint a common time.

New deal was good when shopping around but advertising cheaper now. Engineer didn’t come on first booking but we got money back. The broadband is fast and reliable and still think it’s good value.

The switch to sky went brilliantly well. I wasn’t waiting long for an engineer to come out and connect my internet. All the relevant tests were completed well. I am happy with my decision on moving to sky and it is definitely good value for money.

Only took 13 days from ordering to completing the switch. Their customer service is really good. I pay more than with my previous provider, but the connection is much more reliable. Definitely happy with my choice.

Very easy to switch, staff were extremely helpful. The service has been great. I had a few issues with the wifi reaching my sons room but I gave Sky a call and they sorted me out with a wifi booster very quickly and it has sorted the problem. Great value for money, overall very happy with my choice.

Had to have an engineer out to get set up initially. The switch went ok, but have had trouble ever since with connection dropping out randomly. Maybe it's just my area, but I think it's quite expensive for how unreliable the service is, and when it works it isn't that fast.

The switch went very well though I had to get Openreach out to rectify an issue. Sky managed to arrange it for the very next day though - so very chuffed with that. I do sometimes get an issue with the wifi but usually just takes a reset of the router to sort out. I pay £25/month for 80Mbps speed but for some reason it was £38 last month which I do need to look into!

The helpline were very helpful as I was having trouble connecting because my house is a new build. They explained the problems in detail and fixed it for me. The price is reasonable for the speed and we have not had any problems so far over two months in. I would feel confident that they could fix a problem quickly if needed. I am happy with my choice.

I am very happy with my Sky deal and have had no problems at all. When my bill was overdue I rang to explain why I was struggling and they were very helpful and gave me extra time to pay. I am very happy with the price and it's great value for money. I would recommend Sky to other people.

The setup went fine, even with needing and engineer visit. The speed can be slow sometimes but the service is good and I am happy I chose Sky.

Happy overall. The speed is better but still finding Sky has issue with bandwidth. When using video calls internationally and domestically it appears the speed maybe fine but bandwidth is fluctuating. Still finding times when the broadband is down but Sky do text to say there is a problem however the problem can be 1 hour to 20 hours.

The switch was fairly quick. The deal I got gives me high enough speed for watching movies and playing games. At £25 a month, this is reasonable for me. I haven’t had any connection problems or intermittent service.

Sky is very good overall, but it’s difficult to sign into my online account to pay bills. It’s confusing how you pay or get in touch with the service . However I would sign up to Sky again, very good deals.

  • The customers we asked said they saved on average £3.56 per month by switching to Sky broadband.

  • When asked why they chose Sky broadband, 58% said that they offered the most cost effective deal at the time.

  • Most customers reported that it took less than 2 weeks from placing an order with Sky until their new broadband was up and running.

  • To get set up, 35% required a home visit from an engineer, with 0% needing repeat visits.
  • 19% of customers surveyed told us they needed a router upgrade and 3% required additional wifi signal boosters.

  • For broadband speed, customers rated Sky 8.1/10 on average.
  • Users gave them 8.2/10 for the reliability of their broadband connection.
  • 32% of people experienced issues with intermittent downtime, with 0% saying their broadband was down persistently.

  • 10% said they had a poor wifi signal in some parts of their home.
